Small breakthrough.

After years of pain and not knowing what I had, believing I had chronic hives this whole time, taking antihistamines for god knows how long… I believe I have Tinea Versicolour. Does anyone else have/had this and know the best and quickest way to treat this?

Thank you!

It's hard to know if you really have this, however, the best way to test it by applying antifungal cream. If you do not want to see your doctor, you can purchase Canesten External Cream (Clotrimazole 1%) from any pharmacist (over the counter). You just gently rub it (a thin and even layer) to the affected area 2 times a day. If you do not see any improvement after 2 weeks, then you know that it may not be fungal infection, such as Tinea Versicolour and perhaps speak to your doctor.

Thank you, I’ll look into that. It’s not necessarily that I don’t want to see my doctor, it’s a mission to be seen nowadays
