Dermatitis advice
hi I have seen dermatitis in a family member. Dermatologists were arrogant and not much use - not interested in investigating causes. They used to prescribe moisturisers, steroids, and/or immunosuppressants (with attendant side effects). Now they add the new injection dupixent which takes a few months to show if it works or not. Eventually, after insisting on this, got the family member tested - allergic to all parabens, fragrances of balsam of Peru etc. Certainly buy non fragranced things for a few months. Best result was on following a non inflammatory diet. Whole foods plant based and without gluten. Takes time but so do the things given by specialists and they have side effects that may be worse than the problem. Steroids particularly bring back the original problem in a worse condition even if the derm. advises that in the short term they are ok. Try and reduce stress or do some breath work and relaxation every day. Good luck.
It's not just the triggers
it's what is it about you that is making you react and the answer is your progesterone levels are most likely dwindling leaving you prone to autoimmune disorders such as dematitis
