Itchy rash

For about a year now I have been getting a really itchy rash usually appears after having a shower. Sometimes I see small spots to but then it disappears after a while has anyone else had a problem like this.

Are you using any particular/special shampoo, soap, conditioner etc? How about, just try taking a shower with just water for a few days and see if it makes any difference (just to test)? Also, perhaps give a clean up to your shower head. If unfortunately you have caught fungal infection - soap with perfume, colour are loved by those fungus ! It won't go way unless treated with anti-fungal cream / medicines.

Thank you for your reply I use simple soap I will not use soap for few days and descale my shower head see if makes any difference I use an anti fungal cream this helps but seems to be worse since friday will see how I go.

Also, try to stay away as much as possible from sugar / sugary food/drinks. Fungal infection thrives when we eat these.

try changing your soaps, use ones for sensitive skin maybe? Dove and Dial are usually recommended I believe. it sounds like you may be having allergic reactions if it's happening during the shower. is it wide spread or localized?

It is usually on my back and sometimes stomach I use simple soap in the shower it comes and goes and comes up like raised white spots and very itchy I use an anti fungal cream which helps doctor said could be fungal but does fungal come and go.

Fungal infections can come and go, if the cream is working then that is likely what is it. Maybe try a change in detergent or something as it could still be an effect of something else. But since it comes after showers then it's likely fungal, they react to wet. There may be something in your water, or house if it keeps happening so much. Maybe your mattress or sheets? Or it could he work related
