Can polys really hurt and when should I go to the doctors because I’m taking tablets and they haven’t done anything they are very inflamed and it’s like someone has punched me in the nose

I think they can do especially if they are pressing on a nerve or as you say, inflamed as they may be a sign of infection. I would get to your GP asap in the current circumstances x

I agree, with 'Lovesradio'....whilst NOT especially Dangerous- unless they become infected- these 'things' are often Bl--dy PAINFUL. The Removal 'Process' is normally, quite straightforward- yes a 'bit sore', for a few days..... Don't 'risk' Covid but DO 'get on', to your Doctor. I hope that your, poor Nose, feels better soon.
