Does anyone know what these red dots could be?

Hi everyone, a couple of weeks ago these red spots appeared on the tops of both my feet and ankles. I had been taking prescribed pain medication off and on and my feet and ankles would get hot, red, and swollen and then all of a sudden the spots appeared and they never went away. I stopped taking the meds for about a week now. My feet still feel warm and turn red on top if i'm standing for a bit. Side note, I've had hashimoto's hypothyroidism for years but i'm on meds for that, had blood work done a month or so ago and it was good, no diabetes etc. Any info would be great. Thank you. <3
