Argan oil and eczema

Is argan oil effective for eczema? (I feel worried about using steroid creams)

All I can say is that I have not used it directly, but have used products that contain it as an ingredient such as body cream and bath foam without any problems caused to my eczema.

I used steroids cream on my arms and they made my skin very thin it bleeds under the skin and cuts leaving scars not a good look for a lady 😟 Look the oil up on Amazon as if you are buying it and they will be lots of reviews from people who have used it .Also Google it

Same and when I scratch it gets Infected so quick. I want my skin to look better and I feel so self conscious cuz I have to wear halve sleeve shirts everyone just looks at my skin in disgust. I am so worried but I have hope that one day my skin will get better.
