Lines on my forehead. Anything that I can do?

I am a 34-year-old who has always had beautiful skin, has already been commented on by strangers. It all started so quickly around the age of 33. I noticed two lines on my forehead for the first time, I no longer have wrinkles anywhere on my face. I was not worried until one day after I left the gym, I took a selfie of myself near my car next to the gym where nobody was there around otherwise you looked like an idiot and got into my car and looked at the photo and I was shocked was so horrible that it is difficult to explain even two deep and deep wrinkles right in the middle of my forehead.

It was like a nightmare from which you cannot wake up. When I saw this selfie, I was horrified especially since I had just come from the gym full of gorgeous women glancing at me when I was rocking my maximum weight.

I went to visit the dermatologist and he suggested me to go for forma skin treatment ( clearviewplasticsurgery.com... ). Do you think I can get rid of this with this treatment?

Thank you!
