Cyst between the buttocks. Pilonidal cyst?

Hi, I have a small wound between my buttocks for over a month. The wound once bled a few weeks ago and yesterday I found a clot of yellow sticky thing on my hair (pus?). On the internet I found similar things as a pilonidal sinus / hair cyst but people describe lumps and pain but I don't have it. My question is is it a pilonidal sinus/cyst? I add a photo +18.

I think you should see your GP or practice nurse if you are in the UK or equivalent where you are. Take any photos that you have with you.

In all honesty it does look like Slightly infected.

I’d say it was a cyst or more likely an ingrown hair especially because of where it’s placed. Best bet is to see your GP about it as they will either remove the cyst including the sac or remove the hair that’s ingrown and can give antibiotics
