Is it safe to continue Acetretin for my severe psoriasis?

I have severe psoriasis of the feet. Been seeing a consultant and am now on Acetretin. This drug can damage kidneys and liver. I had blood test last week but appointment been cancelled. Covid means I can't get through to GP who do I turn to for help? (in Scotland)
