ive got dermatitis or I think it is on my face its quite painful at times.it seems to flare up at different times.any ideas.

me too... i don't know why it has started completely out of the blue it seems. i have put a cream on which helped a bit but didn't seem to solve the problem. it is from boots and called dermacare

good luck and make sure you get to see your gp

I am female lol!

It's just that I used steroid creams throughout my life and in the end they were CAUSING my eczema rather than curing it. I stopped the creams and went through a terrible rebound but now my skin is better.

Have you looked at the itsan.org website? The forum is really good. Lots of helpful people. X
