Small rashes all over

Hi. About a week ago a noticed a few small red marks on my torso. They’ve grown in size and a few more have appeared so now I’m a bit more concerned.

They don’t itch or irritate - I forget I even have them until I see myself in the mirror. I’ve searched on NHS and trawled google but can’t find much the same as what I have. Does anyone have any idea? I assumed hives or ringworm but there’s no itching or flaking.
