Look carefully at your diet. In general avoid processed food, sugar substitutes, and anything with lots of chemicals in it. Also cutting out all forms of dairy - milk, butter, cheese, yoghurt etc (eggs are Ok) has been known to help, but you need to be thorough about it.

Yes there is a temp solution. Anti parasitic essestial as well as cilantro, orange or tangerine peel, lemon juice, and onion. Onion even makes your hair grow as well as clears bumps pimples and stretch marks.

Hi benmaise , have payout found a solution to your skin problem ? I ask

because I take fexofenadine ( for over 10 years) I am asthmatic,I also have Copd , bronchiectasis, emphasyma , Copd, aswell as high blood pressure and under active thyroid, for the last week I have had what I can only describe as an itch body ,scalp to thighs, no sign of a rash , I’m thinking of taking piriton 3/4 times a day and I was wondering if you’d found anything to help you , ido find that a warm bath with bicarbonate of soda soothes for an hour or two , and I’ve bought medicated talc ,(cuticular) this also helps ,,, but I don’t want to relieve the itch I WANT TO CURE IT , I’m reluctant to go to GP During the Corona virus problems , so I’d appreciate your help ,

Best wishes Georgina

I am taking Piriton also . Itake It between 2 or 4 each day.It seems to help a little. Zerobase cream helps to cool it down a lot. Steroid cream is quite good..
