Allergy?! Help

Hi guys, my symptoms started this summer. I started getting parts of my body itchy, red and then swollen. For example after i used a razor blade and i wear tight clothes i get little red bumps and then i get swollen in that place. Two days ago i had a little red patch from my shoes and it hurt and i wear socks from nylon and when i got home in the evening i got swollen there. (See photo)

I went to doctor, did some blood test and only one said that if i eat a lot of food which is high in histamine then i get a allergy reaction. Now i need to test my histamine from blood. But still did not get any diagnose. And i am kinda stressed about that.. i do not know if it s from food or synthetic fibres. Now he wants me to do a cure for giarda for short time, because i still have itchy skin almost everyday(but it is dry as well).

I want to ask did anybody experience like me?

I am currently dealing with this same problem. I know for a fact my apartment has a lot of mold. Walking on my floor without thick socks or shoes on makes them swell right up. So you might be dealing with an environmental fungus problem. It gets in my clothes too, causing the redness and itching just like you describe. I’m going to try adding an enzyme and essential oil cleaning product to my laundry, which was recommended on another board. There are lots of them on Amazon with 4.5-5 star ratings.

Hello. My problem was solved. It s from giarda. I took treatment. I still have itchy skin time to time but it does not bother me. Take a poop test to see if you have giarda too
