Eyelids look tan!

My eyelids look tanned. Orange even, everyone thinks I wear eyeshadow and it looks that way but I’m a 17 year old boy and don’t wear eyeshadow or makeup, and never has. I hate how they look and I’m self conscious, anyone know what it could be?

It’s not too obvious or bad in pictures but in real life it looks bad 😩

You may be able to find a masking cream that is sold to women and men who have very red cheeks. I think it is available from good cosmetic counters.
