Little bumps on face

Hi all.

New to this!

Does anyone know what these little bumps around my mouth are? They’re so hard to get pictures of. They do not have a black or white head. More like closed condones. However I can extract them and they have blackhead like contents. If done incorrectly they can cause redness and swelling. What leads me to believe that they aren’t CC’s is that I’ve tried almost all products that claim to help them, and they do not go away. They form randomly and stay for months at a time. It makes my skin look bumpy and textured. They can suddenly turn into spots.

Any ideas???

Have you changed toothpaste or anything you have been eating recently?

Not that I can think of. All I can guess is I’ve recently started to gym 4 times a week with sweaty sessions, and whether that is contributing to dirt in the pores.

Once one has popped 3 more show up!!! Night mare
