So months ago, I noticed these bumps like my inner thigh and when I rubbed them I got pain and then saw blood. Well because of a scary past I didn't go to the doctor. Well months along and I still have it it. When I mess with it, it starts to bleed and gets sore. I'm to afraid to go to the doctor if I can avoid it so I was wondering what do y'all think it is. I'm a 25 year old male.

I'm not a fan of going to the doctor either. But, sometimes situations call for it. This would be one of them. This has been going on for far too long. Delaying certainly hasn't worked. It is now an open wound. Just how much misery are you willing to endure?? Cowboy up and go to the doctor, man.;) You will feel better for having it seen about and sorted.

I will add that candida/fungal overgrowth can cause rashes of this nature. Some OTC antibiotic cream plus pain relief can help soothe and prevent infection in the meantime.

But, going to the dermatologist and having swabs, etc. taken would, in my opinion, be your best course of action.

Hope you're in fine fettle soon.😊
