This rash keep getting worse. It has been here for about a month. The dermatologist gave a cream which has only made it worse. It is under my other eye as well. How do I get rid of this? What even is it?

So sorry the cream you were given made it worse. Get back in touch with dermatologist and let him/her know. It could be one of the base ingredients that you are sensitive to so a different product might be better.
Take a desert spoon of flaxseed oil every day also 2 x 1000mg evening primrose oil capsules plus fish oil capsules all this will help your skin
