Visible blood vesels

My face is really red. I see little visible blood vessels everywhere. That don’t mean it’s rosacea though? A few deems said it was but the last one said it wasn’t. Could he be right?

He’s not sure what it is I’ve been doing all kind of blood test but so far everything has been negative

They could be several things.. Spider veins come to mind. Have you had them treated? What did the docs tell you? We are not qualified to diagnose anyone...

I have like two little spider veins the rest is just little blood vessels. My last derm said it wasn’t rosacea and I’ve been doing all kind of blood tests but so far everything has been negative
