Please help. Very tensed. What is this?

This has been on my knee for 7 years never itched anytime. But now its itching crazily. I ignored it and now it has grown big. I am very tensed. I ignored it for years because it never annoyed me and it was very small. Now it has grown big just in 4 months.

Any idea what exactly I am suffering from?

Get it checked out by a GP, show them this photo with the date so that s/he can assess any change.

Hi, I'm sorry but I cant tell you what the spots are but like the previous reply I think you should get them seen by a doctor or nurse-just to be on the safe side, best wishes, muirbabe

Checked it. It is Lichen Planus. Any idea how to cure it? Found out a lot they say its incurable. Found out Kombucha tea and some other fermented foods are good. Any other ointments which anyone knows here?
