Hi what do people recommend in shampoos for scalp flaky around neckline and tops and back of ears

Selsun shampoo. It's a selenium based shampoo available from pharmacies. It says it is for psoriasis but my husband and I both use it for scalp psoriasis. It more or less clears his. Mine is much worse so it doesn't get rid of it but it reduces it significantly and means I don't have to use my steroid lotion as much. Hope this helps.

Goats milk shampoo and Conditioner works better than anything I have had from the chemists. You need to get it online no-one seems to stock it yet

I heard salveation by mama naturals is great for psoriasis. My cuz has been usin it for three months and her skin is really smooth (all patches of psoriasis have fell off and even redness is going away). i tell everyune about this. she says I'm a big mouth :)
