A very sore painful section on my anus feels more firm than the rest and feels as if it's a little lump. I'm in a fair but if pain and discomfort so would like to treat it a.s.a.p if possible , thanks for any help given.

Go to see GP as soon as you can. It doesn't sound like piles really, which aren't usually single.
