Hi jockety how are you doing lately I'm still having probs as usual with my right leg and the dry flakey skin and the itching too. So I am back on looking for fresh ideas as to try to win this battle with our skin.

try anti dandruff shampoo (i used head & shoulders ) yes it sounds funny but it worked for me applied for a week and leave the skin to heal and it completely disappeared.

I have got a psoriasis for about 10 years now. I have given up on steroids cream as they don't solve the problem and work temporarily till the body gets used to it and started natural products instead. If you would be interested to discuss it do let me know. [e-mail] or 07927266884
