You really need to see a doctor. This could be any number of things. e.g. gout, rheumatoid arthritis, a circulatory problem, an infection.

Hi she'll thank u for the feed back I went to doctors this morning doctor give some ibuprofen 400 mg regards Pedro.
Need to do blood test to see what is wrong.
Please could you describe problem more. Would you prefer to use different language?
