Are those a physical symptoms of ocd or something else?

Recently I have been very stressful cuz of some working problem..i have got some symptoms during that time like feeling pain in all of my bones especially legs thighs and feet and sometimes I got a headache also I noticed a random moves of my face muscles..i can't sleep recently because sometimes I feel that I will die if I sleep and i can't sleep until my family members wake up.. can anyone tell me if ocd can lead to such pain or symptoms or it might be something else

I've never heard of that for OCD before. Maybe you should talk to a doctor about it.

These symptoms could be related to stress and anxiety, especially the sleep issues, but for the pain I would rule out a physical cause first, so I'd start with a doctor. Try to see whether you notice a pattern to the pain--does it come at certain times of day or certain days of the week? Have you noticed that anything you do makes it better or worse? I'm sorry you're having a hard time at work. That can be very tough! Take care.
