Ηas anyone used zoloft in the past for depression and ocd? Only positive experiences if it is easy.

Hello,

My son has been on Zoloft for 8 years and it has really made a difference for him. He has been on 200mg/day and increase to 250mg two months ago as his body got used to the meds and he needed a little boost as his oct was triggering. His side effects are mild. He is not doing exposure therapy, not ready for that so only takes meds and trying to manage his day to day. Hope it helps.

I have been taking it for over 6 months and have found that it works for me.

I have been taking it for 2 month. I believe I need to increase the dosage.

My depression is very severe.

along with my OCD

Curious what your dose is that helps? Does it just help the depression or does it quieter the intrusive thought?
