This has been such a trying two plus years after being diagnosed with OCD. I've been trying to share my story more. I am very isolated and in need of connection. The details of my OCD are not me, but me as a person is feeling extremely alone. Just reaching out to see if anyone is feeling the same

I think I'm feeling kind of lonely lately. My diagnosis is pretty fresh- about a month or two and its been pretty rough lately. I have a partner that I'm so lucky to have and share everything with but not a lot of social interaction outside of that and one phone call with a friend a week.
I felt and still feel lonely with the shit. I've had health OCD for 15 years and it has affected me all my relationships. I still have some good friends but not family. But nobody who has not suffered this understands the deep suffering and implications. You're not alone
