Anyone with mysophobia.. I even have quasi hallucinations

I had to look up mysophobia. It sounds like what I think is contamination OCD.

I am sure there are many that can relate and offer valuable insights.

I have intrusive thoughts and scrupulosity OCD and am trying to work on these.

I hope you have looked into therapy options. There is also good referral info on this site.
