Hi Everyone, my name is Jenn.

I am the Lead International Ambassador.

I was diagnosed with OCD when I was 15. ERP therapy helped me get better and today I manage my OCD successfully.

I’m looking forward to helping others on this forum.

It’s great having Canadian allies as we advocate together about such a misunderstood illness!

I’m so happy to hear that ERP helped! My 14 year old son is newly diagnosed. He’s been in treatment for a month and he says he feels it’s getting worse. But I keep feeling we have to stick with it.Part of the problem is that he doesn’t want to do the homework because it throws him into and OCD state when he isn’t in one. I also think it will take longer than a month for ERP to be effective. Do you agree?
