A friend gave me a code for three months of free subscription to the meditation website called 'Headspace' and the voice behind it Andy himself had cancer a few years back and has a section on the site to help anyone with a diagnosis and all the emotion and anxiety that this entails. I have found the guided ten minutes a day really useful and would encourage you to give it a go as there is usually a free months trial before the subscription starts.
