Eat to Outsmart Cancer Workshops (FREE)

Alongside treatment, there are three powerful ways to help recovery and reduce risk of recurrence - your exercise, diet and emotional health.

This workshop aims to give you the confidence to eat to outsmart cancer and make delicious food choices.

We'll also clear up some of the confusing and often conflicting messages around healthy eating.

The workshop is led by nutritionist Jenny Phillips who recovered from cancer in 2003.

It is funded by Together against Cancer and offered free of charge to cancer patients, (current and up to 5 years after treatment)

Lunch is included on day workshops and refreshments on evening workshops and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Currently available in Nottingham, Leicester and Chesham. Looking at other area's if sufficient interest and funding.

As Brighton is my favourite place to go I would love to, but we may have to wait until next year.

I will in the meantime see if this is possible.

We are trying to obtain funding to take these workshops around the UK next year. I believe Bristol is included in the list, but it will of course depend on whether we can get the funding.

hi Debs, we are coming up North this coming Tuesday with a workshop in Leeds, which is still along way from you.  I think we may do one nearer to you at some point in the future, if we can find a free or cheap venue.  Let us know if you know of any.

In the meantime, please sign up for the newsletter at togetheragainstcancer.org.uk or like the facebook page as all events go on there - facebook.com/TogetherAgains...
