indigestion and feeling sick

I have another question. Thank you all for your replies to my previous ones.

My husband is often feeling sick, and sometimes has indigestion. I think part of him feeling sick may be connected to him feeling very stressed and anxious. But I am also wondering if the sickness and indigestion is yet another symptom that is part of MSA? Does anyone have any experience with this? Thank you x
