I had a Autnomic Reflex Screen in 2008 which showed b/p drop, but all the other things looked okay so it was dxed as orthostatic intolerance. Flash forward, I have b/p drop after eating, hand tremors, uti issues, groggy during the day, insomnia, vivid dreams, and a jumpy anxious sensation in my chest and upper abdomen. I have others, but I’ll stop there. My question is, could I really have had orthostatic hypotension 16 years and only show up with MSA now? I feel like any minute I could die, my oxygen on oximeter is running lower (96) than usual. I feel like I’m in a nightmare. Surreal is the state of my life right now. I have another Autnomic screening coming up, the Movement Neuro says I don’t have the picture of movement compatible with MSA, but I’m convinced that I have it. Funny how I knew so little I just forgot about the screen I had in 2008 and went merrily on my way. Thanks for any input.

Sorry I can’t answer your question as symptoms varies soo much from person to person but have you contacted Mission MSA which is an American charity that perhaps can offer support and advice to enable you to establish if your symptoms are MSA as you suspect .

Hi.
Please don't worry. You won't die because of OH.

This level of oxygen saturation is ok. So, please don't worry and wait for the next autonomic reflex screen. Hope that will be all ok. Best wishes.
