This could be peripheral neuropathy, do you have a Dr/nurse to seek advice from. This is common after covid

Hi

This was the initial symptom of my wife and it progressively got worse to be described as a burning sensation as if my skin was in boiling water.

We were then prescribed nerve inhibitors which worked for her such as Gabapentin. However pins and needles could be many other things so speak to your GP and Neurologist.
