HEAD SUPPORT PILLOW

Hi all

Can anyone recommend a good support pillow. My husband has a hospital bed but can only get comfy if he sleeps on three pillows and a V pillow (creating a wedge) which almost make him upright (the bed lifts at the head but he can’t get comfy with that up and less pillows). He has a neck collar however he always wants to take that off after a couple of hours as it rubs under his chin. Trouble is when he doesn’t have the collar on his head falls to one side and then he wakes up with severe neck pain. He also has a soft (bean bag) travel collar which he wears all day but doesn’t like to wear it at night). I’ve tried wedging more cushions/pillows around him to keep his head straight but nothing works. Any ideas/recommendations would be gratefully received. Thank you 😊

I have attached a screenshot of a butterfly pillow which I have found great to support the neck. I’m sure other companies do them too. I found the fibre one more comfortable than the wool as it had more give in it. I also invested in a spare washable cover. Because it is small and portable I’ve found a number of different uses for it. Hope this helps
