Damn scammers

So I've just had some charlatan post on one of my insta posts about running to raise funds for MSA claiming they had MSA but had followed a naturopathic regime from naturopathic physician (so obviously from the US) and miracle of all miracles they are cured! I too could take advantage of this by following such and such a person. Pah! Makes me so mad. We all want a cure and preying on that is shocking. I'm sure I don't need to say it, but if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.
