As members will all be aware, we meet for the first time in this New Year on Wednesday (5th) at 2pm - the usual Zoom link will get you there.

If you live in Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire or Herefordshire (or nearby) feel free to join a group that share an interest in MSA and provide support to each other in a friendly, positive atmosphere. If you want to join send me a 'chat' or contact support at the MSA Trust (support@msatrust.org.uk).

Best wishes to all this New Year,

Take care, Ian
