Feeling so sad 12 weeks since my dad was taken by the Beast. We all miss him so very much 😢
My poor mum is dreading Valentine’s Day as it’s her 1st one without my dad 💔 my dad was a big romantic they were together since they were 15yrs old and he died aged just 73 yrs old.
To all those who still have their loved ones hug them a little harder tomorrow.
For all of us missing our MSA hero’s sending you all out love and best wishes
Happy Valentine’s Day 😘

Good morning I’m so sorry for your loss I lost my husband two years ago in March and I know how much it hurts. Will be thinking of you all. It’s all the firsts… That hurt the most you’re never gets easier but you do learn to live with the loss he will be watching over you all of that I’m sure. With much love Bea xx
it's always so hard on 'significant' days, lots of love to all of you who are having to deal with this - you're all doing an amazing job, dealing with it yourselves or supporting your (very loved) loved ones...xxx We only do what we do because we love them xx
I am sure that it's hard not having the loved one to share the holidays with - especially the first year... hugs go out to you and your Mum.
I also find it hard to celebrate each holiday as the disease deteriorates my husbands quality of life and I don't know what the future brings. Last year my husband was still fairly mobile with a walker and today he finds the walk from the bathroom to the power chair in the living room a long walk... we have downsized so our home isn't that big any longer!
When I look back at the past year... I am happy that we did what we could when we did it... but mourn for the loss of what could/should have been. Life is a double edged sword... sigh...
