Getting about

Hi thought some of you might be interested my younger daughter and myself took part in the Great Midlands Fun Run to raise funds and awareness of MSA I will admit I cheated and went round on my mobility scooter.

Well done both of you! As for cheating...no way! You have done something a lot more should do. If one person finds out about MSA and tells another person then you have just done something amazing!

Hello Derek. Your fun run sounds great fun and I don’t think it’s cheating being on your scooter, I think it’s a great idea. I’ve not mentioned it to Jackie in case she gets an idea that I could push her around our local fun run! Mind you, I have a torn ligament in my ankle at the moment after being over enthusiastic about getting Jax to the top of a hill when we were close to the Black Sea recently. Didn’t stop our fun but it’s darn painful at times!

Derek. If you go to your original post there are three dots on the bottom. Click that and then click ‘edit’. You will then be able to change your original post and there is a small ‘camera logo’ which you can click and add a photo. Hope that’s clear!
