Be careful where you shop

This is a warning please please do not buy from a company called CareCo.

The sales staff are wonderful but if you have a problem the so called customer care team are spiteful and rude.

The good thing about a conveen is that you are not risking infection which is for some people the trouble with catheters. You are not making any committment like an indwelling catheter and you can just use them on occasions like journeys and weddings where it matters. The Tube of the conveen fits into a collecting bag which can itself be connected to another bag - like the proverbial string of sausages stolen by dogs from butchers in the cartoons of my youth.. A spigot on the end of the bag means that on long car journeys you can open the car door and the spigot and water the verge in a layby without having to struggle out of the car.

Hi Freda the company that I was warning about is a major retailer for disability goods. Mobility scooters,wheelchairs, beds etc. They are not to be trusted

Hi Derek, nice to hear from you but sorry that you have had a bad experience. is this about the mobility scooter you were getting? I was hoping that you would be enjoying getting out and about on it as the weather improves.

Hi Diane had the scooter for a year now but lots of problems and CareCo have been awful hope things not too bad with you
