My husband has MF can you tell me the difference between MF and ET and PV I do find this very confusing

In a quick synopsis......ET has elevated platelets only, PV has elevated red blood blood cells (can have elevated platelets and white cells), hemoglobin and hematocrit (coincides with the elevated RBCs. MF has all low counts, a state in which the marrow is scarring and production of cells is reduced. All three are related and are all considered MPNs.
