i get fungal infections on my feet. Any suggestions what to use or not use

See a dermatologist. I had this a few years ago & he gave me an antifungal drug: some medics don't like doing this because these drugs 'affect your liver' (so your GP might refuse or possibly is not at liberty to prescribe) but it's not that likely & it cures the problem - never had the problem since.
