Hi, I have heard that there are some NICE/clinical guidelines in regards to the treatment of mpns and something about it being recommended that Hyrdoxycarbamide (or similar) should be routinely offered when you reach age 60 however I can't find anything specifically saying this. If any one has any links they can share on here that specifically states about this I would be most grateful, many thanks in advance.
