I know ET can cause burning and tingling in hands and feet, but I feel it up my arms and across my back. Has anyone else experienced that? Are my nerves hypersensitive or something?

I have something similar… I also have ET, and I have severe burning itching and little sores on my upper arms and a bit on my upper back near my shoulders. I have been to three different MPN specialists, 3 different dermatologist, and not one can figure out. It’s so upsetting…. I sleep with ice packs on my arms…

I have PV and have burning and tingling on my legs, it has recently got worse extending down to my feet and on my arms. It's at its worst in the night under the duvet but is present constantly. My haematologist has offered no reasons or treatments for this. Prior to taking Ruxolitnib I suffered from puritus as well as the burning sensation. I eat an anti inflammatory diet and walk every day as advised and really at a loss at what else we can do to alleviate it. Sorry no help to you, all I can offer is my sympathy.
