Hi there ive been on interferon since january with Essential Thrombocythemia being diagnosed then along with a blood clot in the liver and type 1 diabetic and did experience mild sickness but since my haemotologist changed me from enoxaparin to apixaban two weeks ago the nausea is horrendous, any tips on how to ease this would be appreciated

Unfortunately, nausea is a potential adverse effect with apixaban. A few things that work for me with nausea in general are ginger tea, Nauzene chewables, and old fashioned cola syrup. Hopefully, your hematologist will have some additional ideas.
