Correlation between decrease in mutation % and splenomegaly while on Peg-interferon

Hi everyone! My husband has been treated with Peg-interferon for almost 3 years now and while his blood counts normalized, his spleen decreased only slightly in size.

He is yet to test the mutation %, but I was wondering if anyone who's seen a decrease in mutation % on peg-interferon also saw a decrease in spleen size or if their spleen got back to its normal size once the mutation level reached the almost undetectable level.

Thank you!
