I took a quick look at the transcript. Some random items among Dr. Pemmaraju's comments:

--

"I see it (weight gain) more in my patients with polycythemia vera (vs MF) where the drug is approved in the advanced setting (not sure what is "Advanced setting")"

"For the fedratinib agent, the second approved drug, there is an FDA black box warning..."

--

From other reports, it's not clear what additional benefit Fedratinib provides, esp with this black box unique to it. Its trials were delayed for several years by this.

He discussed combos, mostly provided better spleen reductions. I was hoping to see the one from a recent thread, Palbociclib + Rux that reduced marrow fibrosis in pre-clinical (mouse) tests. But he's focused on more developed agents.

Thank you for this post. A very informative overview of the current state of MF and its treatments now available. I think Dr P. is one of the top 10 to 20 experts in the field of MPN's. Thank you again for posting. Best
