Is anyone with MF taking only low dose aspirin, I am still watch and wait (50 year old) male. Have bad circulation and wondered if aspirin would help. No other health problems.

Aspirin is an antiplatelet medication that interferes with platelet aggregation. In short, it makes the blood more "slippery" and helps prevent clots and microvascular symptoms.

Whether you should continue on a watch and wait with MF on aspirin-only is a question to review with a MPN Specialist.

Wishing you all the best.

No advice, just replying to say I'm a 53 year old female with post PV MF also on aspirin and watch and wait. An MPN specialist will be very helpful. Nice to meet you, flog!
