Ruxolitinib not working so well

I was diagnosed with Myelofibrosis Stage 2 this summer. I was put on Ruxolitinib and at first it worked very well but now my platelets have shot up to 609 when all other counts are down in my boots!! The CRP is below 1mg so it is not likely an infection has caused this sudden increase in the platelet count. I am asking the MPN community, has anyone else experienced this?

Could you share your daily dosage of Rux? And has the dose been stable for a while for you (2-3 months) then the PLT shot up? How are other counts?

What was your platelet count before? I ask because I used to have normally high platelets in the 700’s to 800’s but when my MF started to progress, they started to drop. They were as low as 128,000 last summer. In June, I started Ruxo and my platelets are now around 400. A lot of my symptoms improved after I started taking it but this week they seemed to have come back between the fevers, night sweats, and fatigue . Ruxo doesn’t work forever, unfortunately.
