hi everyone was wondering if anyone has ever taken glutathione read it’s anti inflammatory will ask my doctor but just wondering if anyone has info on this

I take L-Glutathione daily. It is helpful for reducing inflammation. You will note that most of the research is focussed on N-Acetylcysteine, which is also an anti-inflammatory. NAC increases the amount of L-Glut active in your body. that is why NAC works for inflammation.

Suggest consulting with a knowledgeable medical professional regarding complementary health interventions. that is why I consult with an Integrative Medicine doc. She is the one who recoimmended L-Glut.

Hello, could we take NAC and L-Glutathione at the same time? I had been on taking L-Glutathione in past, for now I was recommended NAC, Fish Oil and some vitamins and minerals.

The body uses NAC to produce glutathione. THe NAC is first converted into cysteine which is then converted into glutathione. They apparently are sometimes used together, but I do not know much about that not about appropriate dosing. This is why I consult with an Integrative/Functional Medicine doctor. It is best to check with a knowledgeable medical professional on the use of supplements and other complementary health interventions. Note that hematologists may not know the answer as this is outside of their scope of practice.

I am taking 250mg L-Glutathione made by Ortho Molecular Products/

They were prescribed by my Integrative Medicine doctor. I get them from an on-line pharmacy.
