Looks like NICE has approved ruxolitnib for PV patients in Wales and England.

Thank you, the link was really useful. What prelimiary tests did you need? My PV is not well managed on hydroxycarbamide as it does not seem to control my WCC at all. I have recently asked to be referred to an MPN specialist to discuss possible change in medication - I was thinking of interferon but I have some concerns regarding conditions such as lupus and sjogrens as both have been mentioned to me in the past as potentially a reason for some of my symptoms, although I have not been diagnosed with either. It would be interesting if there is a potentially another option to try.
